Christine Wysokowski teaches music, beginning band, and chorus to grades K-5 at Russell Street School. As an experienced music specialist, she focuses on creating a foundation for young musicians. She guides students through general music classes, offers instrumental instruction in the band program, and develops vocal talent through the school chorus. Holding both a Bachelor and a Master of Music in Music Education from The University of Massachusetts in Amherst and Gordon College, respectively, Ms. Wysokowski is driven by a commitment to fostering a lifelong love for the arts in every student.
When not teaching, Ms. Wysokowski lives in Westford with her family, including her two children and two beloved dogs. She enjoys cheering on her children in their sports and activities, reading a good book, and spending time in nature, often hiking with her dogs.
Ashley Sheldon is currently the band, chorus and general music teacher at Littleton Middle School. She grew up in a very small town (population less than 2000 people!) in upstate NY. She started playing piano at seven years old, and started playing clarinet in elementary school in fifth grade. She was highly involved in any music activity she could participate in, including band, chorus, musical theatre, clarinet choir, and jazz band. Her high school music teacher inspired her to pursue her love of music and to audition for music education programs. Mrs. Sheldon studied at Syracuse University, receiving both her undergraduate and master’s degree in Music Education, with clarinet as her primary instrument. She is a current member of the Gateway City Orchestra and enjoys playing clarinet in the orchestra.
Outside of music and the classroom, Mrs. Sheldon is an avid reader, enjoys road cycling, baking and spending time with her husband and son.
